"The White Shadow" is the story of twin sisters, one evil and one innocent. The film's star, American actress Betty Compson, plays both parts. Park Road Post Production's Brian Scadden says the film has unique tints that emphasize its drama.

The city of Incheon plans to spend W28 billion to build a 24,000 sq. m memorial center on Wolmi Island by 2013 to honor the sacrifices of soldiers from 16 countries and medical support personnel from five countries who supported South Korea in the war.
City tour buses that run through downtown Incheon take visitors to the memorial hall, as well as making stops at Wolmi Island, Incheon Port and Songdo,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the area the city is developing as a global town.

Korea is to join the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction in an effort to prevent a divorced parent in an international marriage from taking children to his or her native country,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
